Personalized behavior support for kids and adults

Una means "one" or "together." It represents my commitment to one-on-one expertise and the belief that we solve everyday challenges together.
Our goal is to provide high-impact, evidence-based support to families and individuals. This way, we can prioritize:
Behavior is contextual. By working in your natural environment, we ensure that the skills we build are practical, sustainable, and immediately relevant to your life. Whether we are supporting a child’s development or consulting with an adult on relationship dynamics, the "office" is wherever you feel most comfortable.
The name Una means "together." We don't arrive with a rigid, pre-packaged plan. Instead, we work as a team to design a strategy that respects your family’s values and your individual goals. We measure success by your independence, giving you the tools to become your own best advocate and strategist.

In-Home Support for Children & Families
For children, behavior is communication. My goal is to give your child the tools they need to navigate the world with confidence and independence, all within the comfort and safety of your own home.
The Una Difference: No rotating technicians. Your child works directly with our small team, ensuring the highest level of clinical consistency and trust.

Strategy & Coaching for Life, Career, and Relationships
Adult life is a complex web of habits, environments, and social dynamics. Behavioral consulting helps you deconstruct the patterns that aren’t working and replace them with intentional, data-driven strategies for success.
Professional & Confidential: This is a high-level partnership. We focus on objective goals, measurable progress, and practical solutions that fit a busy adult schedule.

Pediatric services follow a traditional 1:1 ABA model where I work directly with your child using play-based, naturalistic interventions, whereas Adult services focus on a strategic partnership to navigate the nuances of social and professional relationships.
Unlike traditional clinical settings, my sessions happen where life happens. We might be in the kitchen working on mealtime routines, in the backyard playing to build social communication, or at the park practicing safety skills. We follow your child’s lead and use their natural interests to teach new skills, so "therapy" just feels like a purposeful part of their day.
Absolutely. You are the most important person in your child’s life. Our goal isn't just to work with your child, but to coach you on how to use behavioral strategies during the time we are not there. We are a team.
We view all behavior as communication. Instead of simply "stopping" a behavior, we look for the function—what is the child trying to tell us? We then teach them a more effective, less stressful way to get that need met.
Behavioral consulting is a bridge between the two. While we may discuss your feelings, our primary focus is on actionable strategy. We analyze the environments where you feel stuck—whether it’s a boardroom or a social gathering—and design specific behavioral protocols to help you navigate them with more confidence.
It is never too late to understand your own "behavioral blueprint." Adult consulting is highly collaborative. You are the expert on your experience; we are expert on the science of behavior. Together, we build a toolkit that honors your neurodiversity while helping you reach your personal and professional goals.
Choosing Una ensures you are working with a small, dedicated team that is deeply invested in your specific journey. Because we maintain a smaller caseload, we can offer a high level of direct clinical oversight and a consistent relationship where every professional you interact with truly knows your family’s goals and history.
